This Privacy Policy explains how Nemy Team ("Nemy Team", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the Nemy mobile application ("Nemy" or the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Audience / Age

1) Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account information: name, username, email address.
- Customer support content: messages and any information you choose to share with us when you contact support.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, device identifiers (as applicable), language, time zone, and app version.
- Usage data / analytics: feature interactions, in-app events, and basic diagnostics used to understand performance and improve the Services.
- Crash logs: crash reports and related debugging data.
- Location data (only if you allow it): approximate or precise location based on your device permission settings.
1.3 Photos and camera-related data
The App may allow you to capture or upload photos of scarf looks and outfits.
- No facial recognition. We do not perform facial recognition, and we do not collect or use biometric identifiers.
- Local by default. Your photos are stored locally on your device unless you choose a feature that uploads content to our servers.
- One-time processing (optional). If you choose to upload photos/text for a one-time processing feature (for example, generating a style record, summary, or other output), the content is processed on Nemy Team controlled servers, is not shared with any third parties, and is deleted immediately after processing completes. You control whether to upload and generate any content.
- No training / marketing use. Photos uploaded for processing are not used for advertising/marketing and are not used to train third-party models.
1.4 Cookies and similar technologies
If parts of the Services are accessed through a web-based view or companion website, we may use cookies (and similar technologies such as web beacons) for:
- Login/session management
- Preferences and settings
- Security and fraud prevention
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and maintain the Services (including account creation, login, and feature functionality)
- Personalize your experience (such as preferences and saved settings)
- Improve and develop the Services (analytics, debugging, crash analysis)

- Customer support content: retained up to 6 months after the ticket is closed (or longer if needed to resolve a dispute or comply with law).
- One-time uploaded photos/text for processing: deleted immediately after processing completes.
